Contracts for businesses
I draft and review contracts for your business. I explain the key terms clearly, so you know exactly what your company is agreeing to.

We agree the scope, fee and timetable before work begins.
A new contract or a review of the current one?
The scope of drafting or review is tailored to your business’s needs.
Drafting a new contract
I draft the contract around your business’s circumstances and the terms the parties need to agree. We review the draft together, and I finalise it after one agreed round of comments.
See the contract types and starting prices below.
Reviewing an existing contract
I can review the entire contract or specific issues agreed with you, such as liability, payment terms or termination. I then explain the key findings and their practical implications.
The scope and fee for a review are agreed separately. The prices below apply to drafting a new contract.
Contract drafting fees
Below are starting prices for drafting new contracts. I confirm the fixed fee once the scope and complexity are clear. I quote separately for reviewing an existing contract.
VAT is added to the prices shown. The final fee is agreed before work begins.

What does contract drafting include?
- A contract tailored to the agreed requirements
- A clear explanation of the key terms
- One round of comments and a finalised document
Scope of work
The fixed fee covers the agreed scope. Wider negotiations with the other party or additional contracts added later are not included automatically. Any additional work and its fee are agreed before it is carried out.
Practical questions
You can get in touch before deciding how to proceed. I will help you assess whether it makes more sense to revise the existing contract or draft a new one. We agree the work and fee separately.
The fixed fee covers the agreed scope of work and one round of comments on the draft. Wider negotiations with the other party or additional contracts added later are agreed and priced separately.
The timetable depends on the scope of the contract and the information available. We agree the delivery date before work begins. If the contract must be signed by a particular date, please mention it in your first message.
Yes. I work with clients throughout Finland using secure electronic channels. We can discuss the key terms by phone or video call.
