Where the work can be defined in advance, I offer a fixed fee. The examples below are starting prices for drafting new agreements.
VAT is added where applicable. You will receive a confirmed fee once the scope is clear and before any work begins.
Other work is billed at €200 per hour plus VAT. I will provide a cost estimate in advance.

What information should I include in my first message?
Briefly describe your business’s situation, your objective and any applicable deadline. We will agree separately on any supporting material needed.
Is the first contact free of charge?
Your first contact and initial assessment are free. They do not commit you to using my services. If you decide to proceed, we agree the scope and fee before any work begins.
Are all services offered at a fixed price?
Many clearly defined document and contract assignments can be offered at a fixed price. If the scope may change, we agree on the pricing method and you receive an estimate before the work begins.
How quickly will I receive a response?
I usually respond within the same business day. The schedule for the work depends on the scope and the information required. Please mention any applicable deadline when you contact me.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. I assist businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Finland. We can discuss your matter by phone or in a remote meeting.
Do you also assist private individuals?
My main focus is on business clients, but I also assist private individuals with matters such as employment and contracts. You are welcome to ask whether your matter falls within my services.
