Do you need a new agreement or a review of existing terms? I draft and review contracts for your business and explain the key terms, obligations and risks.
Employment law
Are you hiring, changing employment terms or dealing with an employment dispute? I assess the employer’s options and assist with the necessary documents, negotiations and next steps.
Company law
Is a new shareholder joining the company, or are you planning an ownership transition? I draft shareholder agreements and advise on changes to the company structure and the legal preparation of business transactions.
Data protection and GDPR
Do your company’s data protection practices or documents need review? I assess how personal data is handled and prepare privacy notices and data processing agreements.
Dispute resolution
Has an invoice gone unpaid, has a business relationship broken down, or has a claim been made against your company? I assess the options and cost exposure, and handle the agreed negotiations or litigation.

Scope and fees are agreed before work begins
You will receive a fixed-fee proposal or cost estimate once we have discussed your situation and the work required. Any additional work and its cost are agreed separately.

A fixed fee for agreed work
Drafting a non-disclosure agreement starts at €350 plus VAT, and a shareholders’ agreement at €500 plus VAT. The fixed fee covers the scope agreed in advance.
A cost estimate for broader matters
In a dispute or corporate transaction, the work required may become clearer as the matter progresses. I provide a scope and cost estimate for each agreed stage.
Contacting me does not create an engagement
In the free initial assessment, I consider whether I can help and what work the matter requires. You decide separately whether to instruct me.
