Entrepreneurship is part of my own background. I have worked with start-ups and helped build an international company from the ground up. That experience shapes how I approach legal work and business decisions.
I founded Uhmu in 2018 because running my own firm is the way I can serve clients best. You work directly with me, and I personally handle the work we agree.
I begin by understanding what your business needs to achieve. I explain the available options, the material risks and what each course of action involves in practice, so you can make an informed decision.

Before you decide to instruct me, you will receive a proposal setting out the scope of work and the fee.
Services are available at a fixed fee or at an hourly rate of €200 plus VAT. We agree the pricing model based on the matter.

Yes. You can contact me about a single agreement, an employment decision or a dispute, for example. I can also act as your business’s ongoing legal partner.
Yes. I work with clients throughout Finland. We can discuss your matter by phone or video call, so location is no barrier to working together.
My main focus is on legal matters for businesses and entrepreneurs. I also advise entrepreneurs on personal legal matters. Feel free to ask whether your matter is a good fit.
